Work includes demolition of existing camp units, replacement of waterlines and toilets, construction of camp units, installation of new and existing furnishings, and overlaying campground road and paving spurs. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, equipment and materials to complete the project on schedule. The work area is located at the Gerle Creek Campground, El Dorado County, California. This acquisition is being advertised as a Small Business set-aside under FAR Part 19. The estimated construction range of magnitude is $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00. Contract period of performance is 365 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) Code is 237990. The Small Business Administration size standard is $33.5 million. Contractors are required to be registered and active with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
