The project consists of the construction of an intermodal facility on an approximately 40-acre parcel near the intersection of U.S. 411 and Halls Chapel Road in Murray County, Georgia. Sitework will include clearing and grubbing, demolition of an existing building, excavation and backfilling to proper grades, installation of a storm drainage system, asphalt paving for roads and work areas, concrete paving for RTG runways, grading, fencing, and striping. Utility work consists of extending water, sewer, power, and communication services into the site. Rail work includes installation of rail including turnouts, switches, working track, and ancillary components
