Nashville Urban Redevelopment Agency: Demolition and disposal of eighteen (18) unoccupied two and three bedroom single-family brick with concrete foundations residences located on approximately 3.025 acres lying and being in the City of Nashville and bounded on the North by Perkins Dr., on the West by North Taylor St. and on the South by Beetree Ave. Bid proposal packages shall provide verification of all state and federal licenses and certifications required for demolition and disposal of all debris including but not limited to brick, concrete, roofing materials, and miscellaneous building materials and to remove same to a proper disposal site. An asbestos and lead report has been obtained by the NURA and is available at City Hall to any prospective bidders. Bidders submitting bid proposal packages are presumed to have reviewed the Asbestos and Lead Report and considered same in the bid proposal package submittal and shall provide all licenses and certifications to handle said materials. All bid proposal packages shall provide the total price for demolition and disposal of all materials, a projected commencement date and completion date.
