Demolition of the Dormitory Buildings. SCOPE OF SERVICES The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to select a qualified contractor for the demolition and removal of two (2) structures. These structures are designated as the Dorm Building and the Pump Room on the provided site plan and environmental test correspondence. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and all things necessary for demolition and disposal of the two structures including: � Asbestos abatement � Mitigation of other hazardous and non‐hazardous materials � Site security and safety � Structure demolition � Foundation removal � Utilities disconnected � Debris removal � Site grading � Seeding � Erosion Control Bids due 12/16
