Any other piping exposed with removal of asphalt/concrete surfacing are to be removed.S3 - 18’x9’ block concession/storage building with wood-frame roof including a 3’ overhang at the front above raised slab with an adjacent water well surrounded on three sides by a 4’x8’x4’ wood fence. Water well is to be capped; wood fence,removed.S4 - 50-60’ high electrified sign supported by two (2) metal poles each having a 25.5” diameter and related footer(s) are to be removed.Abandoned tires and other abandoned items subject to decomposition within the ROW area are to be removed.Contractor is to inspect the ROW area and include these items in their bid.Cap well water and septic tank/sewer lines in accord with GDOT technical specifications. Severed service lines within the footprint of the former structures and leading to the well or tank or sewer outfall within the ROW shall be capped,removed, and disposed.All foundations, concrete footers, wood platforms & piers, & slabs related to the structures are to be removed. Parts of the structures are not to be pushed into the soil. Miscellaneous abandoned furnishings & debris within and outside of the structures are to be removed and disposed
