Sunrise: Cypress Bay Annex Demolition.The Work consists of the following: a. Selective Demolition of (44) existing portable buildings and (1) wood shed, including metal rampsand stairs, concrete piers and concrete strip foundations.b. All furnishings inside of buildings, identified to be demolished, shall be discarded.c. Removal of existing electrical wiring from each building to the existing electrical panels. Cut and cap existing conduits at grade after wire is removed.d. Removal of existing water and sanitary connections from each building. All water and sanitary pipes shall be cut and capped at grade.e. Demolition of approximately 275‘feet of existing 4’ high chain link fence and posts.f. Site restoration including but not limited to hydro seeding the areas directly below the portable buildings to be demolished. Provide temporary irrigation as required.g. All mechanical equipment shall be drained of refrigerant in accordance with Florida Department of Environmental Regulation requirements prior to demolition activities
