Ocala: WRF Site #1, Demolition Phase 1. The project consists of demolishing the City of Ocala’s Water Reclamation Facility #1 located at 1220 NW 4th Avenue, Ocala, FL. 34475. This project is Phase One of four phases which will be completed over several years. The project includes but not limited to removing the contact chamber, multi-media filter, flow meter vault and overflow structures, in addition to piping and miscellaneous ancillary equipment associated with the structures. The contractor is responsible for the disposition of all the debris, backfilling, leveling and sodding. The City had an asbestos inspection performed and the inspection and letter of completion have been provided in Exhibits: C & D
