Rehabilitation Project for Farm Labor Housing Units in Farm Worker Village and Collier Village, in Immokalee, Florida. The Project Scope includes demolition, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse of the existing units in Sections, C, D and E of Farm Worker Village and Collier Village. The exact scope or work in each section is specific to the section and in some cases to the unit. The exact scope is detailed on the project drawings. The scope of work required to complete the project will include the majority of the construction trades including, but not limited to; site work, asphalt paving, asphalt seal coat, parking lot stripping and parking bumpers, concrete, masonry, carpentry, cabinetry, doors and hardware, windows, flooring, finishes, painting, stucco and drywall, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. There are currently 335 units in Farm Worker Village and 30 residential units in Collier Village. Upon completion of the project there will be a total of 285 residential units in Farm Worker Village and 30 residential units in Collier Village. The residential units will be in a variety of one, two, three, and four bedroom units. In addition to the residential units there will existing units reconfigured to provide new maintenance facilities, a laundry and an Administration/Community Building.
