Miramar: EXISTING PBA BUILDING DEMOLITION. The City of Miramar is soliciting quotes from a qualified Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, incidentals and Service necessary for the demolition of the existing PBA building (“Work”), including but not limited to: Demolition of the commercial one-story 4,000 square foot building structure and foundation; Removal and disposal (in compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations) of Asbestos Abatement (60 square foot of multi-colored 9”x9” VFT, 350 LF of HVAC Duct Mastic (above ceiling), 40 square foot of Gray Duct Mastic on exterior A/C unit, and 2,500 square foot of white popcorn ceiling); Disconnection and capping of existing utilities; Site restoration, including sodding and removal of all demolition debris and leaving the area rough graded; Disposing of all items found within the building by the issuance of the Notice to Proceed; and Other miscellaneous items and Work needed as specified in Exhibit “A” – through “D” and the General Terms and Conditions.
