Marion County: (RFQ) Pre-Qualified Demolition Contractors for Code Enforcement.The County desires to execute a contract with multiple contractors which have been prequalified through this RFQ process. At the request of Code Enforcement, Marion County Procurement Services and/or the department will solicit quotes from the aforementioned prequalified contractor(s) for demoolition services of unsafe structures. It is the intent of the County to award each property to one prequalified contractor. To prequalify, contractors interested in providing Demolition Services of Unsafe Structures (Residential and Commerical Structures) for Code Enforcement, shall adhere to this RFQ submittal process and shall comply with all terms and conditions as specified.
