The scope of work for this bid includes the demolition of the building known as the Bedoya Building located on the campus of Lake Shore Hospital located in Lake City, Columbia County, Florida (Attachment A). The building consists of a wood frame structure built on a crawl space. The exterior is partially brick veneer. The roof is asphalt shingles. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the safe, legal disposal of all demolition material. In addition, the successful bidder shall be required to leave the site leveled and in clean condition
