Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority requires the demolition of its Joe Pinder Administration Building located in the City of Key West, Florida. These services include and incorporate the demolition and disposal of the main structure and accessory structures, removal of footings, slabs, asphalt, concrete pavement or brick pavers, walkways, or slabs including lime-rock base, fences, debris, and other undesirable objects. The Work includes removal of asbestos containing material and hazardous waste as required. Roadway improvements to facilitate local traffic are also included in the Work. Project #7054-18
