JEA: St. Johns River Coal Terminal and Conveyor Demolition, Remediation and Restoration Step 1. Demolition and remediation of the coal conveyor system on SJRPP that interconnects with Blount Island (ship terminal) for St. John’s River Power Park complex, located at 11201 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, FL 32226. This contract will include the demolition of equipment and structures located on the coal terminal site and the conveyor right-of-way. It will also include the proper removal of regulated materials, the remediation of any contaminated soil, and the restoration of the site to an industrial standard. JEA is requesting companies to participate in a two (2) step process to provide demolition services for the Coal Conveyor that interconnects St. Johns River Power Park with Blount Island.
