The Contractor shall demolish the structure(s) known as Safe Space located at 707 North7th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34950, The existing structure to be demolished is a two-story masonry with stucco building with approximately 5,630 SF under air and 6,086 SF under roof. The contractor shall remove all rubble, wood and brick, and fill the lot level to existing ground. This includes foundations, septic tanks, drain fields, etc. (as required).
