Fort Pierce: Demolition & Asbestos Lead/Paint Abatement. The successful proposer shall assist the City in the demolition of public and condemned private buildings. Each job will be treated separately. The contractor will obtain all permits, licenses, and any other necessary approvals prior to any work. A scope of services and prices will be submitted to the City for each job. The term of the contract will be for two years with three one year renewal options.
