Scope of work shall include, but not be limited to: Demolition and disposal of an existing floating dock, relocation of concrete piles, installation of a new aluminum floating dock, extension of the existing fixed wood access dock, and miscellaneous repairs to the existing facilities in accordance with plans and specifications and in compliance with all governing agency's which include but may not be limited to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), US Army Corps of Engineers (COE), and all local authorizations.
