Sealed bids will be received from pre-qualified General Contractors who are already approved for the provision of construction services for the Building 210/Building 340 Demo and B200 Reno Project located at Daytona State College Daytona Campus. The project consists of the demolition of Building 340 (16,388 SF), former library building 210 (38,561 SF) and partial demolition of Building 200 (6,208 SF). New construction for the remaining portion of building 200 will include new exterior wall construction at north elevation, add an exterior elevator balcony at level 2 for accessibility and interior renovations of 3,714 SFR on level 1 and 2.
