Broward College: B-14 Demolition. Subcontractor Proposals/Sealed Bids will be received by Lunacon Construction Group, Corp. for Project Name: B-14 Demolition. The demolition work includes but is not limited to the removal and disposal of: Existing Building No. 14.  Existing footings, foundations and slabs.  Sawcutting and selective demolition at existing concrete/asphalt walkways.  Existing trees, shrubs and plants as indicated on drawings.  Disconnect and cap of all existing underground utilities.  Existing underground pipe, conduit and wires, etc.  Existing overhead walkway canopy at selective areas along with canopy columns.  Rough/Finish Grade of entire building area 14.  Selective demolition for brick veneer as noted on plans.  Demolition Contractor is to carefully demolish, clean and store existing bricks at area provided by owner; on campus location to be coordinated with Owner’s Project Manager at later date  Tree protection where indicated on plans and site visit. Provide and install New sodding at entire disturbed areas New functional irrigation system to be installed at entire area of demolition
