Crescent City: 301 CENTRAL AVE. DEMOLITION PROJECT. Project consists of demolition and removal of related debris of an 8,500 square foot, two story commercial building located on city-owned property at 301 Central Avenue in Crescent City, Florida 32112. Structure is an older brick building dating back to the early 20th Century that was renovated around 1980 with the walls and ceilings reinforced on the inside with steel and insulated on the outside with an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EFIS). An emergency exit stair made of concrete block and EFIS was also added at this time. Work includes but is not necessarily limited to: Complete demolition of the Building, including removal of foundation.
