Scope of work includes but is not limited to to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor required, for the Dry Demolition – Site Clearing – Debris Removal and Disposal as specified in the Bid Documents. Asbestos removal and disposal will be negotiated on a site by site basis when discovered. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the cost of any necessary asbestos studies, removal and disposal. Actual expenses incurred shall be reimbursed to the CONTRACTOR by the City Bids due 07/24
