The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Install temporary construction fencing as indicated in Specifications; Disconnect all utilities to the modular building as indicated on site drawings before demolishing the modular. Utilities will include power, sewer, domestic water, fire line, phone, internet and storm drains. Utilities shall be disconnected by a licensed contractor and to the extent shown on drawings; Completely demolish and remove from site the entire modular building. Dispose of debris in a legal and Brevard County approved landfill or location; The concrete structure on the NW corner is to remain and shall be protected and remain intact. Contractor shall detach the modular without causing damage to the structure. Roof will need to be cut loose from modular and temporarily dried-in on the concrete structure to prevent water intrusion.
