Utilities shall be disconnected by a licensed contractor and to the extent shown on drawings; Completely demolish and remove from site the entire modular building. Dispose of debris in a legal and Brevard County approved landfill or location; The concrete structure on the NW corner is to remain and shall be protected and remain intact. Contractor shall detach the modular without causing damage to the structure. Roof will need to be cut loose from modular and temporarily dried-in on the concrete structure to prevent water intrusion.
