Bay County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) is seeking bids to construct an Operations and Maintenance Complex consisting of a Maintenance Facility with associated parking and Renovation of an Existing Facility. Project includes: Construct new maintenance facility - 6,620 GSF Renovate existing maintenance facility - 7,200 GSF Construct driveway and new parking areas - 15,500 SY Construct storm water facility Construct utility connections Demolition of existing buildings Alternate Bid to construct new bus wash facility - 3,400 GSF Alternate Bid to renovate existing administration facility - 2,850 GSF Funding for this project has been made possible through a grant from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), and is contingent on strict compliance with all federal laws, regulations and guidance.
