Demolition Of Existing Buildings For BTT Maintenance Complex Project. Bay County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) is seeking bids to construct an Operations and Maintenance Complex consisting of a Maintenance Facility with associated parking and Renovation of an Existing Facility. Project includes: Construct new maintenance facility - 6,620 GSF Renovate existing maintenance facility - 7,200 GSF Construct driveway and new parking areas - 15,500 SY Construct storm water facility Construct utility connections Demolition of existing buildings Alternate Bid to construct new bus wash facility - 3,400 GSF Alternate Bid to renovate existing administration facility - 2,850 GSF Funding for this project has been made possible through a grant from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), and is contingent on strict compliance with all federal laws, regulations and guidance. The provisions of Chapters 218 and 255, Florida Statutes are also controlling. Bids due 06/23
