The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation to demolish and remove the existing 6100 square foot Fillmore Office Building and existing Fire Trailer and foundation. Project is located in Millard County, UT at 35 East 500 North Fillmore, UT 84631. Site visit is scheduled for April 6, 2010 at 10:00 am. Participants are to meet at the project site. Chad Kunz, COR will be your point of contact and can be reached at (435) 743-3144. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238910, with a size standard of $14.0M. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time is 45 calendar days, estimated to begin September 9, 2010. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee-20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds-100% of the contract price each. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall register and download from FedConnect (https://www.fedconnect.net). Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at http://www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
