Title: Demolition of Building 105 and related work at the Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT. The purpose of this project is to demolish Building 105 (including Asbestos Containing Material, Lead, and PCBs), demolish the portion of the loading dock and utilities on the eastside of Building 105 and construct a new concrete utility trench with removable covers, construct retaining wall and parking area. The work also includes demolition of three smaller facilities consisting of: tennis courts at Quarters C, North Lake Dock (282 sf), and Rock Lake Recreation Pier (591 sf). Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after award of contract.
