PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this project is for demolition, removal and disposal of two (2) concrete block buildings foundations and appurtenances; cut and cap existing utility services and removal and disposal of existing pavement. Work will also include removal and dispose of approximately 8 large trees and 6 small trees; Grind stumps to 18-inches below grade; loam and seed disturbed area with approved grass seed mix. This project may have an option line item to clear approx. 7.5 acres of scrub vegetation. The intent of this contract will be to provide for the complete project described in the contract. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and supervision to perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.

PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located on the Airfield at Pope Air Force Base (adjacent to Ft. Bragg, NC).

PARTICIPATION: The project is advertised as 100% set aside for Small Businesses. All prospective bidders may submit a bid which shall be considered.

Time and location of scheduled site visit will be listed in the solicitation. It is the Government's intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for this project. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238910 with a small business size standard of $14.0M. All potential sources must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors must also register on the ORCA (http://orca.bpn.gov/) website for online representations and certifications.
