This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for the demolition of World War II vintage buildings, numbers 1001, 1003, 1012, 1023, and 1025, at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: demolition, clearing and grubbing, closure of above ground fuel oil storage tanks, cleaning petroleum storage tanks, abatement of asbestos-containing materials (ACM); removal of interior lighting, power, fire alarm equipment, and emergency lighting; underground tank and vault removal, transportation and disposal of hazardous materials, soil surface erosion control, providing fill and topsoil for landfill cover; and incidental related work. Estimated magnitude is between $500,000 - $1 Million. NAICS is 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors), average annual receipts $13.0 Million. Solicitation number W25G1V- 07-B-0003 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be is sued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.120(d), and 14.205.
