Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement to demolish or dismantle existing White Phosphorus (WP) fill equipment. The contractor shall be responsible for dismantling the entire production line to include scrubber duct work, drain lines, etc. as specified in Technical Specification entitled Demolition of Existing WP Equipment Specification No. TS-2007-ET-07. The equipment is contaminated and the contractor shall follow the Hazardous Material and Waste Letter of Instruction for cutting, sorting, and storing the contaminated material in the Government provided wire baskets. Request for Proposal W911RP-08-R-0030 will issue on or about February 13, 2008 with a closing date on or about March 13, 2008.
