Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to demolish and remove the Stone Lodge and Middle Creek buildings, contents, and associated debris/furnishings outside the buildings on the site from National Forest Land. The site shall be reshaped, graded to drain, seeded (mix approved by COR) and straw mulched to revegetate. Both sites are located on the Glenwood Pedlar Ranger District of the George Washington and Jefferson National Forest. Stone Lodge is in Bedford County, Virginia. Middle Creek is in Botetourt County, Virginia. The performance period will be 30 days. Further information is included in the solicitation.
