The project consists of demolition of Buildings 3, 3 Annex, 5P, 13, 47, 53 & new construction of Police & Engineering Building, including asbestos & lead based paint abatement, including but not limited to site clearing, earthwork, pavement, concrete, masonry, structural, carpentry, interior work, mechanical electrical, roofing painting, & building appurtenant. Type of award: Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. This procurement will be conducted under FSC Code Y199. The NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, $33.5 M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. The estimated cost range of this project is $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. The acquisition method is sealed bidding. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 09 February 2009. Bids are due no later 11 March 2009, at 1:00 PM PST. The above referenced solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) at http://www.fbo.gov. Viewing/downloading documents from FBO will require prior registration in: 1) Central Contractor Registration at Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to obtain a CAGE Code and, 2) in FBO prior to accessing the solicitation documents. To register, click on http://www.fbo.gov hyperlink, then select the "Register Now" link. The following information will be required prior to registration: DUNS Number, Central Contractor Registration (CCR) number, Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), Cage Code, and e-mail address.
