The intent of this Extent of Work is to demolish two 1942 era Buildings number 2451 and number 2452 in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

Pre-Bid Conference held at the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center on July 7, 2009 @ 10:00 A.M.

Bid Closing: August 7, 2009 @ 4:00 P.M.

Bid Opening: August 7, 2009 @ 4:15 P.M.

Prior to submitting a bid, the prospective bidder must visit the site and become thoroughly familiar with all pertinent conditions that are included in this Extent of Work. Arrangements must be made with the center prior to inspecting the site if contractor cannot attend the Pre-Bid Conference scheduled on July 7, 2009 @ 10:00 A.M.
