Furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, licenses and supervision for Project # 529-09-100, Demo Buildings #19, # 20 and #21, at the VA Medical Center, Butler, PA 16001 in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work includes but is not limited to: building barriers and barricades, asbestos abatement, general construction, cutting, capping, and rerouting all utilities as specified, mechanical and electrical work, demolition of buildings, foundations, and footings, backfilling and compacting all excavations, and spreading topsoil and grass seed. Grass seed as specified by the Project Manager. Demolition is to include: buildings #19, ramp and loading dock, 20, 21, and associated foundations, footings, walkways, ramps and steps. Saw cut and remove asphalt per drawing. Remove all abandoned utility lines/plumbing/piping/etc. encountered during excavation to within (5) five feet of corridor. Tile pipe left in place to be capped to prevent ground water infiltration in the remaining system within (5) feet of corridor.
