Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, supplies, transportation, etc. to provide optional services which consist of demolishing three (3) structures in the UPAO area at Jennings Randolph Lake Project Office, removal of debris from government property and backfill of the remaining foundations of the three structures in strict accordance with the specifications included in the request for quotations bid package. There are two additional optional services for grading crusher run with fencing and also providing security lighting which will only be requested if funding is available. The work is to be completed in forty-five (45) calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This proposed procurement is Set-Aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 238910 with a size standard of $13,000,000.00. Estimated cost of construction is between $10,000.00 and $35,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed th rough ASFI. Contractors may download the request for quotations package by going to the website: Federal Business Opportunity . In order to reduce the possibility of error and to increase the quality of our service to you, all deliveries, packages, etc. must include the name of the particular contract specialist/buyer for the particular project. All deliveries, packages, etc. of more than one box or container must be bound together by tape or other means. It is imperative that all small disadvantaged businesses contact t heir cognizant Small Business Administration Office to obtain Small Disadvantaged Business Certification. Without SBA SDB certification, a prime contractor nor a federal agency can receive SDB credit when utilizing non-certified SDB contractors/ subcontractors.
