I have 2 commercial properties, both constructed 50 - 70 years ago & they need to be demolished so that I can redevelop the properties. They are 2 double story buildings. I have not done anything like this before & need to get some advice on how to handle it, how to look for contractors etc... Your help is greatly appreciated...
