The church has requested a controlled burn, therefore proposals should be for both demolition with and without a burn. Proposals must account for salvage operations, removal of all foundation walls, complete fill and site stabilization with topsoil, lawn seeding and restoration to surrounding grade levels, with trees planted along South State Street. Contractor must also meet City of Dover utility capping requirements.
