Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority: Old North Boathouse Demolition, National Airport. Demolition of the abandoned north boathouse at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. All wreckage and remnants, to include hazardous materials, shall be transported off site and properly disposed of. It is expected that hazardous materials will be encountered in the work. Hazardous material shall be removed by contractor as part of this contract. Work also includes removal of existing electrical conduit to the specified termination point and removal of any mechanical devices that remain.
