UCONN: Mansfield Apartments Redevelopment Demolition and Abatement . The Mansfield Apartments is located on a 16-acre site and consist of two-story brick buildings with painted wood accents. Each building contains multiple mechanical rooms. The fifteen (15) buildings are constructed primarily of CMU block walls and concrete. Most of the building interior consists of painted concrete and CMU block with plaster, gypsum board, joint compound, and resilient flooring. The scope of work for this project will include demolition and abatement of all existing structures and utilities, above and below ground, internal to the existing ring road.
