(EBI)will receive qualified sub-contractor proposals for the work associated with a project for the Town of Lyme known as the Lyme Town Hall and Library, 480 Hamburg Rd Lyme (Rt. 156), Lyme, CT 06371 Bids shall be received at the Lyme Town Hall, 480 Hamburg Rd Lyme (Rt. 156), Lyme, CT 06371, (Town) on or before 10:00 a.m. local time August 28th 2013. Any bid received after that time will not be considered. Immediately following the receipt of bids, the bids will be opened and read aloud. The project work scope includes: Ground up construction of a new wood framed library (approximately 7,000 SF) with partial structural steel frame and renovations and addition to the existing wood framed Town Hall (total of approximately 5,000 S.F.), and the complete demolition of the existing library.
