Metropolitan District: HARTFORD WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY WET WEATHER EXPANSION PROJECT SITE PREPARATION The Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fees, permits, and other related costs necessary to provide for demolition of two buildings and related equipment, de-energizing and abandonment of existing electric and fiber optic conductors, abandonment of other utility services, installation of new buried and overhead electrical conduit and conductors including new utility poles, and installation of underground fiber optic conductors along with support equipment and accessories as shown and specified.
