Description of Work, The project requires the abatement of ACM & PCB's in (8) existing buildings(42 units), complete demolition including foundation and structure of (1) building, select demolition of (7) buildings (save/protect foundations), the excavation and installation of foundations and slabs on grade of (1) new apartment & (1) new common laundry building, infill of saved full basement foundations and concrete slab on grade @ (7) buildings. All (9) buildings will be stick framed new construction, with engineered open web floor joist and roof trusses.
