East Hartford: Abatement and Demolition of Three Buildings. Work under this contract includes abatement and demolition of two (2) Town-owned buildings (304 Main Street and 1718 Main Street) and one (1) privately owned residence (247 Main Street) in the Town of East Hartford. The Town-owned buildings require abatement of asbestos, lead and other hazardous material before demolition. The private residence is subject to an Alternative Work Plan with limited abatement. The Work also includes other appurtenant work such as backfill following foundation removal, topsoil and turf establishment.
