ConnCAT Place at Dixwell Plaza Phase 0 Site Enabling Demolition & Abatement New Haven, CT . Skanska USA Building Inc, the Construction Manager, is currently seeking proposals from subcontractors for work to be performed as part of the ConnCAT Place at Dixwell Plaza located in New Haven, CT. Skanska will receive sealed bid proposals in Duplicate on behalf of ConnCORP, LLC. Phase 0 Site Enabling / Demolition & Abatement: The site consists of approximately 7.5 acres with 6 existing buildings. The project will occur in phases. The first phase, Phase 0, scope of work will consist of securing the site with temporary fencing, performing abatement and demolition of 87 Webster, a former multi-tenant retail shopping plaza (156-210 Dixwell Avenue), and 220 Dixwell Avenue. 26 Charles Street and 230 Dixwell Avenue will remain in operation under this phase of the project. Construction Schedule: The anticipated Phase 0 Site Enabling, Demolition, & Abatement start date is in late July 20
