The general plan for demolition is to demolish and remove from the site all portions of the wood structures and portions of all structures that are wood; the perforation or break up of all concrete floor slabs; the demolition of all masonry materials not considered hazardous or contaminated, with the intent to fill and cellar holes with said masonry materials; and the removal of the foundation wall to a point not less that 2 feet below the existing grade of the surrounding ground. Contaminated Masonry materials shall be segregated from other materials and disposed of in accordance with all laws and regulations regarding the type of contamination present. Asbestos Containing Materials remediation and Lead Based Paint remediation shall be conducted prior to the demolition of each structure, in accordance with all laws and regulations for each contaminate.
