The address of the property is 512 Ash Street, located north of Ash Street between 5th and 6th Street in Downtown Windsor, Colorado. The entirety of the block is owned by the Windsor Downtown Development Authority. In addition, the abatement of asbestos-containing materials identified in the attached Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Report will be a part of this contract.The intent of the owner following demolition is to construct a temporary parking lot on the surface.
