The purpose of this project is to demolish Building 675 located on Peterson Air Force Base (AFB). Building 675 is a 6,348 SF metal sided facility with a gabled roof. Transite panels currently exist under the metal siding on a portion of the building. The Contractor shall furnish all services for demolition and abatement, materials, supplies, tools, equipments, site investigation, superintendence and travel as required in connection with this solicitation. This project consists of demolition, abatement and disposal of rubble, hazardous material (HM) and/or hazardous waste (HW), site clearing, capping utility lines 5 feet from the building, relocating an electrical meter, backfilling, grading, and placement of crushed stone to establish Recreational Vehicle (RV) parking on the demolition site. The costs associated with HW mitigation other than lead and asbestos are incidental and are to be included in the demolitions contract line item pricing. Bids due 07/27
