The City of Montrose is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the demolition and removal of an unfinished structure located at 2661 Red Cliff Circle, Montrose, CO. The City's selected contractor shall demolish, remove and properly dispose of the structure; this is to include site work to return the lot to a vacant status. Two separate bids will be required; one bid will include removal of the entire foundation, and one bid will include leaving the foundation in place. Special consideration should be given to the control and proper disposal of any contaminated material that may be on or within the structure. Bids due 07/23
