CITY OF LONGMONT: Resilient St Vrain Project City Reach 2B – 1140 Boston Ave. SCOPE: The primary work to be performed under this contract includes demolition of the southern/western half of the existing building located at 1140 Boston Avenue in Longmont, CO. Construction includes, but is not limited to: mobilization; coordination with the property owner and building tenant(s); clearing and grubbing, site grading, and excavation required for building demolition; building demolition; plug and cap the existing sanitary sewer service; placement of fill as required in the construction plans; haul off-site of demolished materials; erosion control; and site revegetation as required in the construction plans.
