for the construction of the South Boulder Creek Diversion Rehabilitation Project in accordance with the Plans, Contract Documents and Specifications prepared by McLaughlin Water Engineers, a Division of Merrick and Company. II. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The diversion is located just inside the El Dorado State Park on South Boulder Creek. The pipeline portion of the project extends from the diversion east to El Dorado Springs. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to furnishing labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the following: Demolition of the existing City of Lafayette South Boulder Creek Diversion Structure, construction of a new diversion structure consisting of: cast in place reinforced concrete walls and slabs, grouted boulders, a coanda intake screen, a secondary coarse rack intake, installation of an Obermeyer overshot sluice gate, removal and replacement of approximately 115 lf of 16
