(RFQ) DEMOLITION. Colorado State University will receive Statements of Qualifications for consideration to become pre-qualified bidders from: General Contractors and Landscaping Contractors. This project will complete the site and landscape construction for the North Housing District within Colorado State University's main campus. Project area is approximately 150,000 square feet (3.4 acres) exclusively within Colorado State University property. Project is located within two separate project sites, in two construction zones. One construction-staging site will be provided for both sites. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: demolition, grading and earthwork, planting, irrigation, boulder placement, concrete flatwork installation, crusher fines w/stabilizer installation, installation of perforated pipe, direct bury pole mounted lighting installation, steel construction and fabrication. This is step one of a two - step bid process. Only pre-qualified firms will be eligible to offer a priced bid under step two of this process. Submittals shall be black and white copies, bound with a single staple and limited to 20 double-sided pages. Bids due 01/30
