Town of Erie: Demo of Existing Structures at Nine Mile Site (P16-028). The Work for which the Bid is requested consists of: The demolition and disposal of multiple structures, water wells, fencing and misc. items at two locations, and back fill as needed, with asbestos abatement at one location. Location #1 10960 Arapahoe Road, Lafayette Co, 80026: The property has four (4) structures, the two (2) story main house with a crawl space and three (3) out buildings. The property has a concrete enclosed water well that contains a pressure pump. Remove all asbestos per state guidelines, the contractor will be responsible for using a licensed asbestos abatement contractor and accruing all licensing & permitting per state guidelines. Location #2 504 W Lucerne Dr., Lafayette Co, 80026: The property has four (4) structures, the three (3) story main house with a walkout basement and three (3) out buildings. The property has a concrete enclosed water well and misc. items for removal.
