Scope of work consists of, but is not strictly limited to perform interior renovation work of the interior office build-out of approximately 26,326 square feet on the 4th and 5th floors of the Federal Building, 536 South Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60605. It includes selective demolition of existing partitions, doors & frames, lighting, ductwork and conduit. Alterations to the existing sprinkler system, security system, and fire alarm system are included. Installation of new gypsum drywall partitions, doors and hardware, lighting, carpeting and painting. Existing exposed structural at the ceiling is to be painted. The existing raised floor system supplies air to the space. The contractor is to provide all the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary for this projec.
